 2022 statistics for small businesses show 50% fail within the first 5 years.  Most of these failures are related to a lack of cash flow or market information related to the product or service provided.  These problems can be addressed with data and proper alignment in plans.   Annual statistics provide intel on the business climate, so plans can be made which protect organizations and allow for thriving, future growth and sustainability.  These needs are places where I excel in partnering with others.
