In many organizations, the Strategic plan is created and then not supported by tactical roadmaps.

I know the word tactical sounds a bit scary and maybe overbearing but let me explain what I mean by it.

Tactical roadmaps are plans that ultimately enable the strategic plan to be achieved through daily operations.  These plans are the practical and regular actions of the next 30, 90, and 365 days that create measurable success towards your organization’s goals.
