The Importance of Cash Flow

Who needs Cash?? Maybe a better question is who doesn’t need CASH.

As a business owner have you ever had to move money around consistently to make your payroll or tax payments?  Have you needed to consistently use a line of credit to cover operational expenses? Have you needed to delay releasing Accounts payable checks? Have you delayed making debt payments?

If you have experience with any of these situations, then you know the anxiety and sleepless nights they produce. This is why a tactical cash flow statement is so important.  This statement is based on your annual budget, historical sales/expense timing, and strategic plans for the year.

If you need help developing this key tactical document please reach out so we can assist!  We all need to be able to sleep at night because we have a plan for the inflow and outflow of cash in our business.  Sweet dreams is what we want for all of our clients.
