How TheSagePerspective process works…
At TheSagePerspective, our goal is to partner with you to help you thrive. Many leaders have experienced different types of strategic and business planning over the course of time. However, it is not unusual that businesses focus on either strategic or business planning but spend very little time making sure their plans are cohesive and aligned.
So how do we work together to grow, align and help your business thrive?
Our process operates through 3 phases: Development, Implementation, and Review and Oversight with the goal of creating plans that move your business forward.
Think of it as a road map…
As a team we will develop a map, use the map to drive business processes and ultimately evaluate your arrival to determine if the map needs to be adjusted.
Phase 1: Development
During this phase we will, ensure we get to know each other, gain understanding of where you want to go, and develop a map to guide your business to Destination.
Phase 2: Implementation
This phase is all about implementing the map into your daily business processes so that it becomes the guide you operate from much like we follow the GPS when we are taking a trip to a new destination.
Phase 3: Review and Oversight
Finally, we take a pit-stop and determine if we are still on course or if we need to re-route (make adjustments) in order to reach our destination.
Some of the questions we consider are:
- Have we arrived or are we on course to reach our destination?
- Is this the destination we wanted to reach?
- If not, what course adjustments do we need to make so we can reach our destination?
